Language & Friendship's goal is to provide quality programs with affordable pricing options. When planning your program, please consider the following:

Upfront Pricing

L&F programs have no membership fees and no hidden costs. See Program Inclusions for more information.

Fixed vs Custom-Designed

Fixed itineraries have a set price with a pre-set itinerary. This allows costs to be predetermined based on a fixed number of travelers and inclusions.

Custom-designed programs give you the flexibility to plan your own itinerary and inclusions, as limited or as extensive as you wish. Your L&F coordinator will provide an estimated price range in your proposal/applications. The final price is determined after all inclusions and participants are finalized, approximately 3 months before departure.

Other Variables:

  • Season - Spring and winter travel is considerably less expensive, primarily because airfares are so much better than summer airfares (there is generally a difference of approximately $400 to $500).
  • Departure & Arrrival Airports
  • Meals
  • Size of Group
  • Length of Family Stay
  • Leader Family-Stay Arrangements
  • Entrance Fee Allowance
  • Extent of Itinerary
Prices are based on projected airfares and exchange rates and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of L&F.
