Enrolling Your Group

The deadline for collecting your group’s application materials is indicated on your group’s Application Booklet.

Use the Traveler Checklist in the Organizing Leader Booklet to help you organize these items. Items to be collected and sent to the L&F office:

• Teacher/Leader Applications
• Student Applications
  • Neatly completed in dark ink
  • All lines and boxes complete
  • Parent and student signatures
  • Picture (glued or taped)
    
  • Payment 
    

• Family Stay Questionnaire + Host Family Letter (these items are due on the fall enrollment date)
  • Neatly completed in dark ink
  • All lines and boxes complete
  • Picture
  • Host Family Letter written on reverse side of questionnaire form
    • Review for neatness and content
    • In the space provided for teachers, add your comments about each student’s personality, strengths, weaknesses, etc. This can be very helpful for the family-stay coordinator.

Best Letter Awards: L&F awards a $50 recognition discount to students whose letters stand out from the crowd. Neatness and originality of content are considered, as well as good usage of the target language.
