Spain & France - Combination Program

Joining forces with your colleague may help to get a larger group. A France/Spain combo program offers the opportunity for students to discover both countries and still have an immersion in the language they are studying. French students will have their family stay in France and Spanish students in Spain. During the travel portion of the program, Spanish students can share their skills and knowledge with the French students in Madrid or Barcelona, and French students can do so with the Spanish students in Paris.

Barcelona (or Madrid), Family Stay, Paris
Day 1
 Depart U.S.
Day 2 Arrive Barcelona; transfer to hotel; walking tour of Barri Gotíc; welcome dinner
Day 3 Barcelona visits:  las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia
Day 4 Barcelona visits: Parc Güell
Day 5
 Morning in Barcelona; afternoon travel to Family Stay community:  (Narbonne, France for French students; near Barcelona for Spanish students)
Days 5-11
 Family Stay (6 nights): This is your time to immerse yourself in the culture, practice the language and become part of your familia/famille!
Day 11 Train/TGV to Paris; arrive mid-afternoon; transfer to hotel; visit Notre Dame, les Champs-Elysées, l’Arc de Triomphe
Day 12 Paris visits: the Louvre, Montmartre
Day 13 Paris: day trip château de Versailles
Day 14 Paris visits: musée d’Orsay, Tour Eiffel; farewell dinner
Day 15 Transfer to airport; return flight to U.S.

Also available with Madrid (instead of Barcelona) and family stays in Bilbao area (Spain) & Biarritz area (France).

Programs can be longer with additional days in family stay or in Spain and in France.
