Payment

Payment Policy:

  • Payment is accepted by check, cashier's check, or money order, payable to Language & Friendship, Inc.
  • Credit card payments are accepted by request and will incur a convenience fee. Request form
  • Payments are collected by the organizing teacher on or before the due date and sent to Language & Friendship together as a group. Participants who miss the collection date should send payments directly to the L&F office on their own.
  • Please mark your calendar with the dates that apply to your program. See page 2 of your Program Application Booklet.
  • Invoices are sent only for the final balance due.
  • Groups of less than 10 may require instant airline ticket purchase resulting in a modified payment schedule.

Fees:

  • Late payments and late/incomplete materials are charged a $40 fee and may jeopardize a student’s participation.
  • Participants applying after the group's enrollment deadline are charged a $40 late enrollment fee. (If applying after Nov. 15 for spring programs or Jan. 15 for summer programs, there may be additional airfare surcharges.)
  • Returned checks are charged a $40 fee and must be replaced with a cashier's check or money order.
