Congratulations on your choice to participate in a Language & Friendship program abroad!

Travel is an eye-opening, enriching experience that will positively impact your life more than you can possibly imagine. By choosing a language-focused travel program, you will have the “performance opportunity” of a lifetime as you communicate and interact with the people you meet abroad in the language you have been studying.

If your program includes a family stay, your experience will be extra special as you will experience first-hand the daily lives and routines of your host family.

Your teacher has chosen a Language & Friendship program because they are dedicated to offering an opportunity which will make a significant difference in the lives of young people. Your teacher works directly with Language & Friendship in planning the program abroad.

Traveling as part of group led by your own teacher is a unique experience which cannot compare to individual or family travels.  Students benefit from teacher experience during the pre-program preparation as well as during actual travel time.

The key to the success of your program is to be well-prepared. Language & Friendship provides you and your teacher with many tools to prepare you for your experience and to help you become a responsible traveler and ambassador.
