Enrollment Instructions

The organizing teacher/leader collects all payments and materials and sends items to Language & Friendship. Deadlines are important and students must adhere to these deadlines, showing responsibility and maturity in even the earliest stages of the program preparation.

Eligibility/Language Requirements

• Students must have completed, or almost completed, two or more years of language study
• Students must maintain good academic standing
• Students must be in excellent health
• Teachers may have additional requirements (grade level, ability, etc.)

Program Expectations

• Every participant and parent(s) must read, understand, follow, and sign the Program Expectations.

• Student Application
  Neatly completed in dark ink
  All lines and boxes complete
  Parent and student signatures
  Picture
  Payment

• Family Stay Questionnaire + Host Family Letter
  Neatly completed in dark ink
  All lines and boxes complete
  Picture
  Host Family Letter written on reverse side of questionnaire form (one page, written neatly)

• All items must be thoroughly completed and signed by student and parent.
• Any incomplete materials will be returned and participation may be jeopardized.

Payment

• Depending on the season of your program, the dates for payments will vary.
• Students and parents are responsible for following deadlines and completely understanding the payment schedule.
